I am getting a new cell phone in a little over a month. I want to stay with verizon. I like to text on my phone, go on the internet, and go on Facebook. I am not sure what phone to get but I do have a bunch that I was looking into. I wanted either a blackberry, smartphone, or a cell phone with good Internet. Please give me pros and cons of each phone. If you have had one of these phones please tell me if you liked it or not or of it’s a good phone.

W002 – Wi-Fi Connection Failed
The BlackBerry smartphone cannot get an Internet Protocol (IP) address from the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server. This error may be caused by issues with the DHCP server, MAC address filtering, or static IP address assignments.
can someone please translate this in easier words. im trying to connect my blackberry curve (from tmobile) to my home wireless internet which is at&t and since the phone supposedly supports wifi i would think it could conect with it. i tried and it failed ansd thats what it told me

I ordered a product from a television advertisement which was the usual $19.99 plus $7.95 shipping and handling. At the time I ordered it, I was told I would receive a ‘free’ bonus product for the cost of shipping and handling, so I was expecting to spend around $40-45.
During the ordering process, I was asked to buy many other products to which all I declined. One of the questions, however, asked me how many of the said product I wanted to order (1-3), including the bonus product with each set. I pressed 1, but the automated machine immediately told me I pressed 3 without any verification and then continued offering me more lame deals.
At this point, I was cursing and fussing at the phone and asking to be transferred to customer service, but of course, the machine would not respond.
In the end, I was charged a total of $92.80, and I have called back numerous times to ask for my money back. I even asked them to pull my call because I am 350% POSITIVE that I pressed the number 1…NOT 3. I don’t understand how anyone could ever get the two mixed up…
I’ve been told 3 times that I would be able to talk to a supervisor about this, and It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t talked to anyone and I have received zero calls.
They told me they would refund my product[s] but I would still have to pay shipping and handling…which was more than the products total…[$47.63]
I was also told I would be able to listen to my call that they pulled, but they have NOT let me hear it. I even have proof that I pressed 1 on my phone because I saved the call in my notes and there isn’t even a 3 in the file. [I have a blackberry smartphone, and the notes are saved w/ the call history...which is also saved.]
I know this was long, but does anyone have any legal advice for me? Is there anything I can say to them to at least scare them into paying me back? Can I sue this company? What should I do?

ok now. I am very well known in my small area to be a cell phone (blackberry smartphone anyphone whizz) people come to me before they go to the local cell phone store because i usually can give them a simple understandable way of a type of solution or quick question.
Now i do know a decent amount about computers and internet but i wouldn’t say i’m a whizz…
I’m trying to figure out where i want to go to school. I figure i would like to go to some kind of tech school because well basically standard regular high school has never interested me.
I can learn anything that interests me and am the kind of person who doesn’t see things that clearly until they understand 99% of it and then they can whizz through it.
Why i didn’t do better in school (sisters 4.0 thru school 30 act) is because nothing ever interested me and i cannot find a focus one at a time on boring subjects, i am pretty creative, and am told that i am too.
Also i have been told that i have strong sales skills. As i have sold cell phones to people and also sold many other things since i’ve been in the 8th grade.
I need stimulation and interest in something and i can be absolutely amazing at it. I would like to go somewhere near columbus, ohio. i’m not sure what all schools there are to offer. but they cannot be very hard to get into.
I would like to go into some kind of tech field that pays pretty well (80k +). My only problem is i am HORRIBLE AT MATH.
I have a 3.0 and got a 23 on my ACT.
Any major ideas or schools?

I got my BlackBerry Smartphone for Christmas last year. I decided to hook up my hotmail address a couple months ago, and everything was going fine until now. I got an email a couple days ago telling me I need to verify my email, but everything I tried did NOT work. Now it sent me one last email telling me I will not recieve anymore emails to my handset, unless I validate my account. I need to know my rogers BIS information to sign in, but I have no idea how to find out my info. I don’t know the username or password. I know my PIN and IMEI numbers, but when it tells me to enter them it comes back with a popup saying invalid. I’m a bit too shy to call Rogers to figure out what’s wrong. Help ?
